SELF-CLEANING SLEEVE FILTERS

Modular filter bag system composed of four sections: the upper part which houses the filter cleaning system and the fire prevention water pipe; the central part which contains the filters and the eventual settling chamber; and the lower part, i.e. the hopper, intended for collecting the filtered material.

• Filters made of material suitable for the physical and chemical characteristics of the product to be filtered.
• Containment hopper for the filtered material with motorized extraction screw.
• Continuous discharge system via rotary valve.
• Atex fire and anti-explosion devices (where required).
• Filter fabric cleaning systems using counter-flow compressed air jets managed by a control unit or by mechanical shaking with motorized vibrators.
