SILO

Silos are storage systems for collecting bulk products in controlled environments. Filters for the conveyed air can be housed in the upper part, while in the lower part the stored material is conveyed to the extraction system.

Regenerated silos are machinery that have already had a first working life and which, thanks to control interventions and the replacement of strategic components, can be used in a second working life, guaranteeing reliability and technological performance. These machines are made safe by adopting appropriate precautions and applying suitable explosion prevention and protection devices, such as Atex anti-burst panels, Atex rotary valves, screw conveyors with Atex motor variators, and fire detection and extinguishing systems.

• Modular system with variable dimensions depending on the quantity of material to be stored and the physical characteristics of the material itself.
• Galvanized sheet metal structure of variable thicknesses depending on the use and physical characteristics of the product to be stored.
• Filters made of material suitable for the physical and chemical characteristics of the product to be filtered (where required).
• Bottom extraction system using different types of extractors.
• Continuous unloading system via rotary valve or by free fall via opening doors.
• Atex fire and anti-explosion devices (where required).
• Internal inspection doors.
• Stairs with intermediate rest balconies depending on the height.
